Planning Board

Sloatsburg Planning Board consists of 7 members with two alternate members.  The Board is supported by the Village Attorney and the Village Engineer.  The current Chairman of the Planning Board is Mr. Glenn Thompson.  Applications to the Board are available at the Village Clerk’s Office.

3.       Applicants may be required to appear before the CDRC (Community Design Review Committee) prior to going before the Planning Board.  The CDRC Committee meets on the third Wednesday of each month at 10:00 a.m.  CDRC applications – Six complete sets of applications and maps/sealed site plans must be submitted two weeks prior to the meeting.

The Planning Board meets on the third Tuesday of each month.  Planning Board applications – Twelve complete sets of applications and maps/sealed site plans must be submitted two weeks prior to the meeting.
