Commuter Parking Application - New Permit
Please complete the Application form below for a new parking permit. All fees must be paid at the time of application. Renewal fees must be received prior to the expiration of the permit.
The permit may only be used for one vehicle at any time, but may be transferred among other vehicles listed on this application. All changes to vehicles registered under an assigned permit must be reported to the Sloatsburg Village Office.
All permit holders subject to official rules and regulations. Permits must be displayed at all times while parked in the commuter parking lot.
Payments can be made by credit card, E-check or check. Note there is a 2.65% or minimum charge or $3.00 per transaction for credit cards or $1.50 for E-check.
If you wish to pay by personal check, please make it payable to “Village of Sloatsburg” and mail or drop off at Village Hall during hours of operation.

1. Resident monthly fee $25.00
2. Resident annual fee $275.00
3. Nonresident monthly fee $40.00
4. Nonresident annual fee $450.00

3. Non-Resident monthly fee $45.00
4. Non-Resident annual fee $500.00
